PAYMENTS

We do not accept card payments so please pay by Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash.

DEPOSIT

Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, however deposits can be transferred to an alternative date (if booked within 12 months) when available. Please ask us about this at the time of cancellation.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation of booking letter in the post along with a local map and directions. Please note that your room is not booked until this process is complete. If in doubt please call us to confirm.

COVID POLICY

For your safety and ours we require all guests to wear face masks on arrival. We will take your temperature and ask you to use hand Sanitizer on entry to the property. Hand sanitizer is available in the Entrance hallway, Dining room and at the top of the stairs . These measures will stay in place regardless of current government guidelines. All our guest are asked respectfully to respect this policy.

ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that guests please arrive between 4-7pm, if you cannot make this time window then please call us. As this is also our home we make ourselves available at this specific time to welcome guests, your co-operation is much appreciated.

DEPARTURE TIME

We ask that guests please vacate their rooms each morning by 11am at the latest. We do not have facilities here for you to stay during the day, as a traditional B&B it is expected that you will be away from the property between 11am-4pm each day. If you require a different departure time on the day you leave then please call us to discuss this before booking.

FOOD & DRINK

We will provide a delicious award winning cooked breakfast of your choice for you each morning. There is also a selection of other cold options available. Please note we do not allow guests to eat in their rooms, however each room is provided with hot and cold drink making facilites.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 7.00-8.30am each morning in our dining room, there will be a selection of hot and cold foods for you to choose from. Please notify us in advance or on arrival of any special dietry requirements.

WEDDING GUESTS FOR THE GREEN

If you are attending a Wedding at ‘The Green’ can you please notify us at the time of booking. We will require you to check in with us here before heading up to the venue. If you are expecting to be back late we can make arrangements for you to access your rooms, this must be done at the time you check in with us not late at night after the party. We would also please ask guests to be respectful of both our home, other guests and neighbours when returning late.

We are sorry to say this, but sadly due to previous anti-social behaviour from wedding guests we must insist you return quietly to your rooms late at night. Any drunken, disturbing or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Breakfast will be served at the usual time between 7.00-8.30am. Whilst we obviously want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves, this is a quiet peaceful place to stay and we would like to keep it that way. We thank you in advance for your agreement on this.
