Menu's are as follows:

Breakfast:

Full range of Cereals, Fruit Juice, Yogurts, Croissants, Grapefruit, Toast & Jams. Farmhouse grilled local Sausages, Bacon, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Hash Browns, Eggs, Hoggs Pudding or Black Pudding. Or if you prefer; Boiled eggs, Scrambled Eggs or Kippers.

Candlight Evening Meal:

To start:
Home made cream of Broccoli & Carrot Soup with Roll and Butter.
Or
Prawn Apple & Celery Salad served with Dressing, Roll & Butter.

Main course:
Fresh Salmon Steaks in Orange Sauce, Seasoned Oven Roasted Potatoes accompanied by fresh local Seasonal Vegetables.
Or
Turkey Breast, Roast Potatoes, Sausages in Bacon Jackets, Homemade stuffing, accompanied by fresh local seasonal vegetables.

Dessert:

Christmas Pudding or Rich Fruit Crumble served with traditional sauces, Fresh Fruit Salad served with Clotted Cream or Cornish Dairy Ice Cream or clotted cream. Followed by Mince Pies or rich moist Christmas Cake or a choice of Local Cornish Cheeses. Freshly Brewed Coffee with Cream and Chocolate Mints to finish.
